A positive heart
When problems enter our lives, our mind finds it difficult to keep a positive outlook on life. It may lapse into negative thinking. Our heart may feel anxious. However, in every heart there is an inner light radiating love. This lovelight guides us to look at all that happens through the eyes of love. This love tells us what serves us and what we had better let go of.
When we accept this guidance from deep within and allow our radiant pure love to flow into the world, then change is possible. Change of yourself as well as of the world around you. Then we return fully to who we are meant to be. This is our giant step forward.
A Positive Heart nurtures your positive outlook on life. You are encouraged to look back lovingly, stand strong in the here and now and find your own path. And above all to follow your heart, because that is where love lives and love enables us to look at everything in a more neutral way, making everything seem a bit more positive.

Infinite light
You are embraced and carried,
comforted and loved,
known day in and day out,
kept safe in our arms
When your path seems uncertain
and you feel confused,
you have nothing to fear,
for your heart knows your truth
Dear one, open your ears,
point them to what lives deep inside,
look with the eyes of your soul:
your core is filled with infinite light
Let that light grow strong
so that it illuminates your course,
which assures you deeply that
